Dr. Schlyer: The O-Shot was the procedure that was developed several years ago in order to help women that had urinary incontinence. Interestingly enough, about one in 20 women in college age group have urinary incontinence, and it only gets worse as time goes on. You won't hear most women talk about it because it's embarrassing. When you have that type of a problem, you're never safe going out. If you cough or sneeze, you may leak urine, which is very uncomfortable for women. However, once the procedure was started, it was found that it increases sexual sensitivity immensely, and now the main course of the O-Shot is for women who want to increase sexual sensitivity, although the other component which improves with urinary incontinence is still there and still functional.
