Dr. Schlyer: In this episode, we're going to make a very simple and probably the best tomato soup you've ever had. It's comprised of fresh tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, raw cashews, organic maple syrup, salt and pepper. And for this preparation, I'm using the NutriBullet RX.

Dr. Schlyer: To prepare our tomato soup today, we're going to take one sliced tomato, large chunks would be fine. A few small vine-ripe cherry tomatoes. They go in whole. Approximately an eighth of a cup of cashews. I add these because it makes the mixture creamier. I also add sun dried or dehydrated tomatoes because they have a more intense tomato flavor. I do about a tablespoon of organic maple syrup, because it helps to cut the acidity of the tomato. And of course, a little pink Himalayan salt.

Dr. Schlyer: The tomato should be moist enough that this does not require any extra added water. I put the lid on this tightly, and put it onto the NutriBullet RX. And I hold this button down until it changes to a red color.

Dr. Schlyer: And now we have very hot, very delicious tomato soup. Look at how thick and creamy that is. And I assure you, it'll be the best tomato soup you've ever had.
